12th International Ocular Inflammation Society Meeting in conjunction with GEMU. 2nd Assembly

On behalf of the International Ocular Inflammation Society (IOIS) we extend the invitation to take part in the 12th International Ocular Inflammation Society Congress in conjunction with 27th Spanish Uveitis Group and 2nd Assembly of Ocular Inflammations Societies, organized by IOIS and hosted by Spanish Uveitis Group at the city of Valencia from February 27 to March 1, 2014.

It will be a unique gathering of all major ocular inflammation societies with their worldrenowned members as active participating delegates. The program committees will be formulating robust scientific sessions, covering intraocular and extra ocular inflammatory and infectious disorders, including recent advances in ocular imaging, clinical and surgical treatment of recalcitrant ocular inflammations, evolving infectious uveitis entities, as well as current understanding of the underlying pathogenesis of disorders such as age-related macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy. Moreover the program will include surgical interventions in uveitis complications such as secondary cataract, medical and surgical management of glaucoma, retinal changes and others.

Valencia, well known, is endowed with historic places within international modern city, venue of the 32nd America’s Cup, Formula 1 races, Tennis Open 500, and in local holiday LAS FALLAS, have lovely places to visit and a history of 900 years. The venue will be the Valencia Conference Centre, Norman Foster built all the technical advances needed in a congress like our.
